This training diary provides insights and education for female athletes regarding their sporting performance and menstrual cycle data. The lack of knowledge provided to female athletes around their menstrual health is minimal to none and what effects this could potentially have on performance. This diary allows female athletes to learn more about their menstrual cycle and be more in tune with their body and mind. This journaling process allows to reflect on performance in a more holistic way, focusing both on physical and mental feeling around a training session to learn more about the effects ones menstrual cycle could have on athletic performance and how to manage symptoms.
